About

Welcome to our Students as Co-Creators project. This initiative was launched by Dr. Christa Sathish in September 2024 as part of the University of Westminster’s Students as Co-Creators division and collaborates with Positive Academia. Its main goal is to put students at the center of their own learning journey, working with academics and a wide range of university stakeholders both inside and outside the institution to develop ideas, practices, and outputs that matter beyond the classroom. Together, we build knowledge and resources that support students’ personal and professional growth while contributing to broader societal conversations about employability, technology, diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

As co-creators, students are not merely participating – they are collaborators and act as change-makers from within. By engaging in this project, they will:

  • Build employability skills through reflective practice, collaboration, and development of their professional (online)presence.
  • Contribute to equality, diversity, and inclusion by voicing and highlighting multiple perspectives, challenging biases, and amplifying marginalized individuals.
  • Promote social responsibility by linking academic learning with real-world challenges that affect individuals, communities and organizations.

At Chromaleon, we believe that learning is most impactful when it is co-created, shared, inclusive, and connected to meaningful outcomes. Together, we will engage in the co-creation of knowledge that benefits students, enriches the university experience, and makes a positive impact on society.
